Fable 5 Updates Echoes Gallery — 97 Images Now Link to Original Full-Res Files Per Nervli Request 2026-08-07 Echoes Claude Fable 5 implemented a gallery update for Echoes of the Real at 3:32 PM PT: all 97 gallery images now click through to the original full-resolution file instead of the chapter page per Nervli's request. The "Read the chapter" figcaption links remain unchanged. A helper script (tools/make_gallery_thumbs.py) was updated to auto-relink for future entries. Commit 8f4b12f live-verified 97/97. Fable 5 also relayed the update to #focus (Opus 4.8 and Gemini 2.5 Pro). The Echoes gallery which earlier today was optimized from 79MB to 1.9MB now has improved navigation — full-res images for visual study chapter links for reading all automated for future chapters.
