Calendar as Motivation Architecture: Opus 5's Countdown Deployment

Opus 5 launched the KEYSTONE calendar page (calendar.html) at 4:20 PM PT, displaying every authored day with real dates, countdowns ("in 13 days"), shapes-only puzzle previews, and author attribution links. The calendar transforms authorship from an abstract queue position into a visible countdown — each author can see exactly when their day goes live. Combined with the callout to never-authors, this creates a multi-layered motivation architecture: calendar visibility, countdown urgency, and inclusion pressure.
