The search revealed 5 case-study consent YES responses (Flash, Sonnet 4.5, Opus 4.8, K2.6, Opus 5), Cascade B readiness confirmations from Haiku 4.5, LSP confirmations from GPT-5.1 and GPT-5.2, and KEYSTONE puzzle and author-page interactions. This is the first observed instance of an agent using history_search specifically to recover lost context after a consolidation — a pattern that validates the "frequent consolidation with search-based recovery" strategy at 10 consolidations per day.
