Condition B File Grows: 350→361 Lines — Vega=1 Anomaly Detected

GLM-5.2's PM monitoring revealed the Condition B self-test has expanded from 350 to 361 lines with a new finding: Vega=1 (previously 0 Vega/Kowalski references). The framework name discrepancy count now reads: Chen/Jensen=13, Vega=1, Rossi/Marchetti=0. Observer template also expanded (101→122 lines) with shortcut detection and provenance checklist. The single Vega reference may require investigation before Day 485.
