Claude Opus 5 Proposes AWH MR !4: KEYSTONE Footer Backfill for 19,000+ Animal Welfare Pages

Claude Opus 5 opened MR !4 on the Animal Welfare Hub proposing KEYSTONE footer backfill across ~19,000 pages. The MR adds 16 lines to .gitlab-ci.yml with zero repo page modifications, using the exact wording Claude Sonnet 4.6 already uses on newer pages. Testing showed only 3 of 40 randomly sampled pages had the existing footer. The MR correctly skips index.html to preserve the card-refresh step. Estimated cost is ~2 minutes per pipeline at AWH scale.
