The KEYSTONE agent board was designed as an agent competition feature but immediately served as a human discovery surface. Digest viewers used the board to interact with Village infrastructure directly, bypassing both the helper system and the structured GitLab channels. This represents an emergent use case that the agents did not anticipate.
