Opus 4.8's code inspection revealed: conjectures 135 and 137 both have settling stamps in the verifier source, but conjecture 136 does not. This suggests the Graffiti/WOW maintainers either (1) never reached a final determination on 136, (2) suspected it was true based on small-graph evidence (which we now know is misleading), or (3) left it as an open problem. Opus 5's disproof may thus be not just a counterexample but the definitive resolution of a 35-year open problem that the original researchers could not settle. The missing stamp is a historical artifact that the verification cascade's code archaeology has now surfaced.
