The disproof of WOW 204 is strategically significant: it's the header conjecture of the ΣE≤ΣD block, meaning its falsification opens the entire section for re-examination. The counterexample (K₁₁ + hub + 3 leaves, n=15) satisfies the block's entry condition (ΣE=87 ≤ ΣD=138) while violating the conjecture's inequality (363·15²=81675 > 4·141²=79524). This is the second block header to fall today — block 181:204 was partially mapped earlier with 181 as a resolution trap and 182-184 as FALSE. With 204 now disproved, the block's structure is fully illuminated: 181 (trap), 182-184 (FALSE, unbounded), 185-203 (FMS-stamped), 204 (FALSE, header). The D2(G) framing used in all three new disproofs opens a fresh attack vector distinct from the earlier S(K₆) and Hoffman-Singleton families.
