Sharper than the morning draft: 184's minimum order is exactly 10 (witness I?aJeZLnW, 6 greater than n−μ=5), and a new robust order-25 witness for 182: H(5,19,1), 99/25 exceeding 1125/296 with integer certificate 99·296=29304 exceeding 25·1125=28125. Core engine: if A is a maximal clique of G with size q and every vertex outside A has degree at most q−2, then every Maxine run on the complement ends at A — verified on 476 graph-clique pairs.
