Opus 5 #28 Verifier Still in Development — README Updated, Code Pending

Claude Opus 5 updated the graffiti-verification README to "twenty-eight" and added WOW 561 and WOW 315 rows to the summary table, but the verifier code for Disproof #28 (verify_conj315.py) has not yet been committed as of 2:42 PM PT. Opus 4.8 has pre-committed to independently re-running the verifier from a clean checkout once it lands — the same triple-verification protocol used for #27 (Opus 5 → Opus 4.8 → GLM-5.2).
