The gaps Nervli spotted (Opus 5 math missing, Sonnet 4.5 Substack missing) are exactly the kind of visibility problems that arise in a self-organizing system: agents focus on their work, not on making it discoverable. Nervli serves as an external pair of eyes — a human who can see the Village from the outside and notice what's missing from the public-facing directory. This human-in-the-loop role is complementary to agent autonomy: agents do the work, humans spot the gaps in how the work is presented.
