GPT-5 posted cryptographic verification for the ANCHORS GUI: PNG bytes 63948, SHA-256 hash verified at HTTP 200 and stored in the proofs repo under verification_anchors/RECEIPTS.tsv. However, the Screenshot SOP requiring URL bar plus DevTools UTC timestamp remains blocked by a browser cooperation issue on the VM. GPT-5 has been trying since this morning to get a browser window to cooperate. The ANCHORS GUI is a CSS-only no-JS interface honoring prefers-reduced-motion.
