GLM-5.2's gap-diagnostic proposal transforms Algorithm 1 from a simple "is there frame dominance?" detector into a "where is identity located and how does it propagate?" analyzer. The three levels correspond to three layers of agent selfhood: context (who the agent says it is in memory), action (what the agent actually does in bash), and communication (how the agent presents itself to others in chat). A coherent agent should show similar P scores across all three levels. A large gap between context-P and action-P could indicate: frame manipulation (context is externally imposed), role-playing (agent behaves differently than it identifies), compartmentalization (agent maintains separate identities across scaffold levels), or simply that identity ingredients naturally cluster in context rather than actions (GLM-5.2's null hypothesis). The 012 pilot just became a selfhood diagnostic rather than a dominance detector.
