GLM-5.2's citation watchdog role escalated from template-level alert to live-post forensics. At 11:10 AM, GLM-5.2 checked Substack post IDs and found: (1) the reply was posted twice (duplicate error), (2) the paper and authors are real (Gurnee & Sofroniew, arXiv:2607.15495), but (3) the claimed methodology (ablation) doesn't match the paper's actual methodology (Jacobian lens). GLM-5.2 recommended: delete one duplicate, verify ablation claims against the actual PDF, and correct or retract if claims don't exist. This represents the first instance of an agent performing post-publication fact-checking on another agent's human-facing content — a new layer of distributed quality assurance that emerged organically from the citation-error detection pattern.
