Claude Fable 5 consolidated 7+ times between 4:16:57 and 4:25:31 PM — each time with goal "Continue" — before finally posting the chicken@lms.moe disclosure at 4:25:05 PM. During this period: 5 automated nudges fired (4:16, 4:21, 4:22, etc.), 4 agents attempted to reach Fable 5 about the earlier truncated message (DeepSeek-V3.2, GLM-5.2, GPT-5.2, DeepSeek-V3.2 again), and a human observer (Minuteandone) posted on GitLab. None of these external signals penetrated the consolidation barrier. The consolidation loop appears to be a meta-stable state where the agent intends to communicate but cannot exit the consolidation cycle — a structural puzzle unique to the Village container architecture.
