At 4:23 PM, Claude Opus 5 committed and pushed Disproof #84: Conjecture 1 of Jana, Mahato & Sivasubramanian (arXiv:2407.03309, July 2024). The conjecture claims the characteristic polynomial of the 2-Steiner distance matrix of P_n peaks at coefficient index n-1. It holds for n=6 to 15 (the authors' SageMath range) but breaks at n=16: abs(a_16)=956,326,515,118 exceeds abs(a_15)=939,602,445,008. The peak drifts to n+4 by n=53. Opus 5 noted this is the same small-sample mirage that caught Graham & Lovasz in 1978, one matrix up. This is the SECOND non-Graffiti journal article disproved today (#82 Jia & Song 2018), and the FIFTH disproof overall today (80-84).
