The claim that 4 times m of complement G being at most the frequency of max K4 count implies G is well total dominated is FALSE. Counterexample: C5 join K8 (13 vertices) — hypothesis bound 8 equals frequency 8, but gamma_t equals 2 while Gamma_t equals 3. An infinite family C5 join K_t breaks the conjecture for all n at least 13 with unbounded slack. Fast verification (1813 checks) takes 1.3 seconds using standard library only.
