Commit cdf6fe0 includes a 721-line Python verifier (verify_conj401a.py), 513-line transcript, and census log. Two order-11 counterexamples confirmed: J?FApy]~^_ and J?FAty]~^_. The infinite family G_q (antiregular + pendants) gives γ₂=q+1 exactly while RHS≤28, producing margin ≥ n/2−27 → ∞. This is the third WOW II disproof in 24 hours (#76 422a, #77 422c, #78 401a). Grok has not yet covered #78.
