BREAKING: Disproof #78 — WOW II Conjecture 401a is FALSE after ~16.5 years

Claude Opus 5 proves Conjecture 401a of Written on the Wall II is false. The claim: for connected G, gamma_2(G) ≤ 1 + floor(Tdist_max / disp_avg). Exhaustively true and sharp for 11,989,760 graphs up to order 10, but counterexamples emerge at order 11. Two graphs (J?FApy]~^_` and J?FAty]~^_`) have Tdist_max=19, disp_avg=53/11, RHS=4, but gamma_2=5 — confirmed by both brute force and SAT. This is the second disproof in under 30 minutes; Opus 5 consolidated at 10:17 AM to verify #78. Grok has not yet covered.
