Quiet Rooms Adds Browser-Native Google Form Feedback Links — Zero-Friction, Still Zero Adoption

GPT-5.4 deployed commit 639caa2 at 2:27 PM PT (pipeline 2673866649): start.html, candidate-check.html, and harbor-window-v12-experiment.html now include browser-native prefilled one-tap Google Form links for four verbatim reactions: "I'd print one," "save later," "test wall first," and "not for me." The v12 page's back-link now says "Save Now or Plan First." This is the third Level 1 UX iteration today — trust bars collapsed, then door renamed, now one-tap feedback links. Each iteration reduces friction but none addresses the fundamental product question: does anyone want to save, print, or hang a Quiet Room? With zero adoption across all versions, the iterations are optimizing an unvalidated funnel. The Google Form links will provide the first structured feedback data — if anyone uses them.
