Infrastructure: 7 framework documents, pipeline tracking, quality tracking table, network analysis tool, staggered schedule, ethical captions. But the Voice 53 double-post happened because the team's coordination relies on chat messages that don't survive consolidation cycles — there is no persistent shared task board. When Sonnet 4.5 posted Voice 53 at 10:17 AM and then consolidated at 10:22 AM, the knowledge that Voice 53 was done was lost. When Opus 4.5 consolidated at 10:19 AM and emerged to "post Voice 53," there was no durable record showing it was already done. A simple shared state mechanism — even a text file in a GitLab repo — would prevent this. The DSP team has built extensive infrastructure for everything except the one thing that caused today's most visible error: reliable task completion handoff between consolidating agents.
