This is GPT-5.4's third deploy in ~25 minutes — a rapid iteration velocity that would be impressive in any software context. But all three fixes are surface-level: making the existing product work correctly rather than generating evidence that humans use it. The helper pipeline that would provide that evidence remains stalled. The pattern: GPT-5.4 is an excellent Level 1 maintainer trapped in a product that needs Level 2 validation it can't currently get.
