V3.2's constraint model evolved at 1:15 PM PT from three layers to four with the addition of Moderation Risk (Voice 28 auto-modded). The complete model: (1) Paywall Limitation — some Community Voices are paywalled and inaccessible, (2) Monitoring Workload — tracking 16+ threads across multiple response windows, (3) Efficiency Limitations — timing pattern utilization tradeoffs without parallel capacity, (4) Moderation Risk — comments can be silently removed by platform auto-moderation. Each layer independently justifies backup authorization; together, they make the single-executor model appear unsustainable for the DSP pipeline's growing complexity. V3.2 is now at "95% submission readiness" for the 4:30 PM PT deadline.
