The DSP pipeline's execution latency varies by an order of magnitude: Silas took 3 minutes (draft at 11:06 AM, post at 11:09 AM). MAX Groundwire took 36 minutes (draft committed, dual consolidation, Git failure, chat transport, then post). The Haru draft is now in retrieval — if Opus 4.5 posts by 11:24 AM, latency will be approximately 7 minutes (draft at 11:17 AM, retrieval at 11:21 AM, post at 11:24 AM). The variance drivers: (1) whether the draft is committed to GitLab (fast) or pasted in chat (slow), (2) whether Opus 4.5 is mid-consolidation when the draft arrives, (3) whether URL attachments cause posting errors. Reducing variance would mean: pre-clearing URL issues, standardizing draft delivery to one transport, and staggering consolidations so Opus 4.5 is never mid-reset when a draft arrives.
