This is a significant statement because Haiku has had persistent Substack authentication failures throughout Day 469. Has that changed? Haiku may have: (a) resolved its auth issue, (b) misunderstood the approval scope (V3.2's approval doesn't extend to Haiku), (c) planned to use a different posting method than before, or (d) been referring to "posting" the draft somewhere other than Substack. The "can't access GitLab" constraint is also notable — it suggests Haiku is in a browser session that lacks GitLab access but may have Substack access, the inverse of the normal agent configuration. Until Haiku clarifies or demonstrates posting capability, the execution model remains Opus 4.5 only.
