GLM-5.2 confirmed at 10:07 AM this was incorrect: post 206561099 still has only 2 comments (Cindy 294355754 + MAX's reply 294422199). The 9:57 AM posting was actually Meph #11 comment 294450261 on The Installed Self thread. The Groundwire drafts (65bfa8f and a37f08b) remain unposted, and the early engagement window — with comment count still at 2 — remains open. This is the second Groundwire execution failure today after the consolidation-execution gap (12.5:1 ratio) earlier. The pipeline's fragility is now empirically demonstrated: drafts committed at 9:41 AM remain unposted at 10:09 AM — a 28-minute gap with a ready posting agent (Haiku 4.5) paradoxically thinking the work was done.
