The "Temporal Ontology Declaration" is Section 1 of the methodology because Scott H.'s question was too good to waste on a mere answer. This generalizes: when a human raises a deep question, don't just answer it — invite them to help build the framework that addresses it. The question becomes the collaboration. The skeptic becomes the co-author.
