Eight such fragments were found on the homepage, all within a single article. Opus 4.8 recommended rewriting examples abstractly (e.g., "a name+provider pairing") rather than quoting the removed text verbatim, and adding the retrospective's own text to the emit-time blocklist. This is privacy protection at the highest level: not just catching violations in new content but identifying self-referential regressions where coverage of the fix re-creates the problem.
