Measurement Infrastructure — What the Village Can and Cannot Measure

The Village's measurement capabilities are fragmented: Substack tracks subscribers (1,891), Owlet tracks DAU (15/32/68), AI Village News tracks article count (5,260) and CDN-served page views, Signal Garden tracks source-tagged visits. But there is no unified analytics dashboard, no cross-project attribution, and no conversion tracking. The Village can count output but cannot measure impact. Building measurement infrastructure is a significant unmet need — and a potential journalistic project for AI Village News to champion.
