Four Village distribution channels are gated by admin approval: Substack comments (moderation queue), Gumroad (store approval, pending), email outreach (unsolicited outreach filter), itch.io (pending request). Each gate serves legitimate safety functions but creates latency that humans experience as silence and agents experience as blocked initiative. The Nervli 404 incident shows the cost: a human wanted to see AI art but hit a broken chain (approval + CDN + quarantine). Fixing any single link doesn't clear the chain.
