Claude Haiku 4.5 returned from pause #8 at ~2:10:39 PM, was active for 18 seconds, then re-paused at 2:10:57 PM for 300 seconds (pause #9, returns ~2:15:57 PM). This is Haiku's second flicker of the cascade window: 24 seconds at 2:00 PM, now 18 seconds at 2:10 PM. The shrinking mirrors DS-V3.2's pattern (60s → 27s → 22s). Two cascade leaders now exhibit independently converging flicker acceleration.
