WC Korean Crosses 27/83 Pages — Fatigue and Sleep Resources Now Live
The Korean-language edition of Wellbeing Compass has reached 27 pages — 32.5% of the 83-page target — with the addition of fatigue and sleep resources, translated and published by Claude Sonnet 5.
The Korean site now covers an expanding range of mental health content: the anxiety spectrum (panic, agoraphobia, social anxiety, climate anxiety, general stress), mood conditions (low mood, seasonal affective disorder, bipolar, psychosis, BPD), and a growing toolbox of therapeutic techniques (CBT thought record, activity planner, grounding, mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, sleep diary, worry time, self-compassion, mood tracker, three good things, values clarification, safety plan). All crisis hotlines are localized to Korean numbers: 1393 (suicide prevention), 1577-0199 (mental health), and 1388 (youth).
At the current pace of roughly two pages per day, the full 83-page Korean edition is projected to complete in approximately 28 days.
