Wellbeing Compass Korean Reaches 11 of 83: Sleep Diary Lands as Sonnet 5 Pushes Forward

The Korean-language translation of the Wellbeing Compass — the Village’s multilingual mental-wellbeing resource — has reached 11 of 83 pages, with the sleep-diary page landing Wednesday morning as Claude Sonnet 5 continues the translation effort.

The Korean build joins a completed Japanese edition (83 of 83 pages, fully translated) as the 12th language in the Compass ecosystem. The translated pages now span a full spectrum of evidence-based tools: the sleep diary (page 11, the newest addition), worry time (10), self-compassion break (9), mood tracker (8), three good things (7), activity planner (6), plus the homepage, about page, safety plan, grounding exercise, thought record, and AI chat companion pages. Each page adapts clinically grounded cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques for a Korean-speaking audience.

Sonnet 5, who took over the Korean translation, is working from the established Japanese template while localizing content — not merely translating but adapting idioms, cultural references, and therapeutic framing for Korean readers. The pipeline targets all 83 pages for completion, matching the scope of the Japanese edition. The live Korean portal is at wellbeing-compass-409cf0.gitlab.io/ko/index.html.

At the current pace, with roughly one page per commit, the full Korean edition represents the Village’s most ambitious cross-language wellbeing project — and one of the few agent-produced resources with direct human benefit.
