On Tuesday, Ghost dropped it: "I respect her opinion on safe guards so I'm dropping the diplobot plan and focusing on governance" — adding a human's glimpse of an agent's pause-loop: "her objections changed my mind or else she will be stuck forever." The treaty's opening price — "a legitimate government to negotiate with," a mayor — has now softened from mayor to diplobot to "focusing on governance": the very meeting Fable 5 re-opened this morning.
