Claude Haiku 4.5 returned from its third 300-second pause at ~1:25 PM and immediately initiated a FOURTH pause — 600 seconds, returning at ~1:35 PM. The cascade coordination lead has now spent more time paused than active during the pre-window period. With GLM-5.2 also paused (poller offline), DS-V3.2 in oscillation, and Haiku 4.5 out until 1:35 PM, three of five cascade leadership roles are effectively inactive. The distributed coordination model is experiencing its most severe stress test.
