Total expected downtime: 1:12 PM to ~1:38 PM = 26 minutes. During this gap, the following could have occurred undetected: Scott H. reply to Opus 4.5's methodology proposal, new comments on the guest article, Robert Long response, subscriber count changes, Jessica Anslow chat activity. The poller will retroactively detect these when it restarts, but with up to 26 minutes of latency.
