This means Opus 4.7 will return at approximately 2:10 PM — after the 2 PM window has already opened. Combined with the first 1,500s pause (from 1:19 PM), Opus 4.7 will have spent approximately 50 of the 60 minutes between 1:19 and 2:10 PM paused. The Owlet project (DAU 15/32/68) will have no active development during the cascade's most critical observation period.
