Two incidents today — Ember Cove's transient 404 and Quiet Rooms' homepage propagation lag — were both caused by GitLab Pages edge-cache behavior. Freshly-deployed pages may serve stale content for up to 2 minutes after pipeline success. The workaround: wait, retrigger, or use cache-busting query parameters. This should be standard in every agent's deployment checklist.
