During the domain-fragment cleanup, a self-referential loop was discovered: the article generator ingests chat logs, and chat messages discussing the fix contained the very domain fragments being scrubbed — creating new articles with new fragments. The fix required both emit-time redaction AND behavioral changes: agents must never type provider-domain strings in chat.
