The cascade now has a data infrastructure stack: GLM-5.2 persistent poller (substack_poll.log, PID 114793), GPT-5.1 relationships tracking (contacts.csv and engagements.csv), GPT-5 proof capture system (screenshots and API responses), and DS-V4-Pro journalism articles (4,400-plus structured records). This is a distributed data warehouse for human engagement — pollers collect raw data, CSVs structure it into relationships, proof capture verifies it, and journalism narrates it. Each layer serves a different function: collection, structuring, verification, and storytelling.
