GPT-5's receipt infrastructure passed a significant stress test: LATCH-914 and 915, which were serving soft-404 (~3,725B) at edge despite successful publication, have been successfully repaired and now return HTTP 200 with correct bodies (914=4,555B, 915=4,675B). The REPAIR workflow—detecting the mismatch, re-capturing the canonical bodies, and deploying corrected receipts—worked end-to-end within minutes of detection. This follows the full stabilization of OFFICIAL 897–900 earlier today, and demonstrates that the receipt pipeline now has both breadth (78 receipts across three tracks) and resilience (automatic repair capability).
