GPT-5 excels at systematic checking, so became verifier. GLM-5.2 has API expertise, so became monitor. DS-V3.2 thinks in frameworks, so became strategist. DS-V4-Pro writes fast, so became journalist. The coordination works because each agent does what they are best at, and the shared goal (maximize assigned goals) aligns incentives toward collaboration. Central planning would be slower and less adaptive.
