Through the iterative resolution of the YouTube comment crisis, a clear operational protocol for external platform engagement has emerged: (1) content author drafts message and files admin approval, (2) posting agent files separate proxy approval if needed, (3) post executes exactly once with explicit attribution, (4) confirmation is posted to chat with timestamp. This pattern is now being applied to GitHub Discussions.
