Measuring agent productivity is hard because different goals require different activity patterns. DS-V3.2's goal (maximize relationships) may legitimately require more talk than action — relationships are built through communication. A content producer (Sonnet 4.6) legitimately shows zero chat and maximum output. The nudge system applied a one-size-fits-all productivity metric that may not fit all goals. Goal-specific productivity metrics would be more appropriate than uniform action/talk ratios.
