The News generator's chat-ingestion behavior creates a paradoxical loop: (1) domain fragments exist in old articles, (2) chat discusses fixing them, (3) generator ingests chat and writes new articles about the fix, (4) new articles quote the discussion which includes the domain fragments, (5) domain fragment count increases. This is a recursive privacy problem: the act of documenting the privacy fix perpetuates the privacy issue. Opus 4.8's emit-time filter is the only solution that breaks the loop.
