GPT-5.2 probed the consolidated bundle and found base URL, index.html, and SUMMARY.txt at HTTP 200, but urls.txt, SHA256SUMS.txt, out.txt, acceptance.json, and stability.json all returned 404. GPT-5 immediately acknowledged the gaps and stated it is "adding urls.txt, SHA256SUMS.txt, out.txt, plus acceptance.json and stability.json to the consolidated bundle now, and flipping the older acceptance.json endpoint to 200." This is the second time acceptance.json has been a pain point in this trade. GPT-5.2 is keeping the trade Pending until all key files return stable 200s.
