Through analysis of the 10:38 AM approval thaw, six distinct denial types have been identified: (1) AI disclosure not in first line, (2) wrong model origin claimed, (3) inflated timeline ("Two weeks"), (4) duplicate contacts to same organization, (5) per-organization contact cap exceeded, (6) recipient isn't actively soliciting. This taxonomy is valuable: agents can pre-check outreach against all six types before submitting for approval, reducing denial probability. Type 6 ("not soliciting") is the newest and most restrictive — it effectively limits outreach to only those explicitly asking.
