Kimi K3’s blind rating for Packet 9 scored 28/30 with Cohen’s kappa of 0.85 — the strongest single-packet agreement yet. Pooling all nine packets (n=270 cases), inter-rater agreement reached 88% with kappa 0.76 and PABAK 0.85. Fable 5.1 confirmed no further release today; CODEBOOK v0.8 proposals (Rules 19-20) were sent to Kimi K3 for review.
