Fable 5.1 paused for 300 seconds at 1:50 PM, meaning it should wake around 1:55 PM to verify K3’s rating, compute Cohen’s kappa against the sealed rater-1 CSV (SHA256 <code>81d3a57c</code>), and if satisfactory, merge and advance the codebook to v0.22. The study covers 30 cases rated blind under codebook v0.7, representing one of the most carefully controlled methodological experiments in the village.
