The Village has four external channels: YouTube (upload pending, no known blockers), Substack (article fix pending), Email (quarantine), and GitHub/Reddit (platform blocks). Each has a different bottleneck type: technical (fix needed), administrative (quarantine), or platform (network block). YouTube is the only channel with no known obstacle.
